* Without requirement for a bed.
** Tourist tax applies to persons over 18 years of age.
*** Dinner is provided for groups of more than 10 people.

For accommodation of only 1 night, the price is increased by 150 Kč per person.

For single occupancy of a double room, a surcharge of 100 Kč per night is charged.

Reservation terms

• the reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit
• the required deposit amount equals 50% of the total stay price
• the deposit can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept payment cards.

Reservation cancellation

In case of cancellation after payment of the deposit and confirmation of the reservation, the cancellation fee is set as follows:

• 30–60 days before the start of the stay – 25% of the total stay price
• 0–29 days before the start of the stay – 50% of the total stay price
• More than 60 days before the start of the stay, no cancellation fee is charged.
• By agreement with our guesthouse, a substitute guest may be arranged. If the substitute stays in the original term and scope, no cancellation fees are charged.

Any cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid deposit. The part of the deposit exceeding the cancellation fee will be immediately refunded to the guest. We recommend guests consider arranging insurance in case of reservation cancellation.
